Maison phénix années 75
Surface à peindre : 102 M2
La particularité des maisons phénix réside dans l’empilement de plaques pour constituer les murs. Chaque plaque est séparée par des rayures qui caractérisent ce type de construction.
Nous voulons faire disparaitre ces rayures puis réaliser une peinture de ravalement sur la maison sur la peinture existante (crépi).

A prévoir
- Reprise d’une petite fissure sur mur Ouest
- Réajustement sous bassement sous toiture et peinture sur fibro ciment (6.78 M2)
- Nettoyage murs (Pointes de Lierres)
 

L'idée est de donner un coup de jeune a la facade en faisant disparaitre les ragnures sans exploser le budget.
Aujourd'hui  on ne me propose qu'un ravalement classique sur des devis supérieurs a 8000 e
